My husband and I stayed at Hotel Bristol in October 2010, and could not have had a better hotel or staff (Ercole especially). The amazing service started the minute we made our reservation. The staff was amazing as the assisted us in making guided tour and travel arrangements before we arrived. We were upgraded to an amazing suite with jacuzzi on the balcony. It was the most amazing way to spend our 10 year wedding anniversary. We look forward to returning some day soon! The dining was exceptional as well. Absolutely wonderful and highly recommended. Thank you again!

My husband booked The Bristol for our 30th anniversary in May, the service was excellent, the hotel spotless, scenery beautiful, it was absolutely fabulous, on our recommendation our son has booked to visit in September - we will return.

My wife and I have just spent a memorable and wonderful week in Hotel Bristol. It is the best hotel we have stayed in when we consider the excellent friendly staff, the great food, the views, the location and the overall comfort available to guests. We would love to visit the hotel again! Well done to all concerned!

For few years , we spend our holidays, my lady and I (58 and 61 years old)in the Bristol Hotel in Sorrento and we may say that this hotel is the best we know so far in this part of Italy as far all aspects are concerned...rooms, internet availabilities, view, kindness of the tenants, quality of the food etc

Myself and my husband William recently stayed 2 weeks at your hotel checking out on Sunday 8th July with Topflight. We had the most wonderful stay in Sorrento and in room 602 in Bristol hotel. We must compliment Pascal and Gieuseppi on how well they looked after us in the restaurant and of course to Matteo. We will definately recomend your hotel to family and friends.

We have just come back from a week at this wonderful hotel. The views are probably the best in Sorrento. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. I explained to the Maitre'd that I'm not able to have cow's milk & he went out & bought me soya milk! The rooms are clean & there are plenty of facilities, from the rooftop pool to the gardens & the restaurants. This should be rated 5 star. We are already thinking about going back! A huge thank you to everyone at the Bristol for making our stay and wedding so perfect. From the moment we arrived our guests and ourselves where made to feel incredibly special. The rooms, the food and the service where simply fantastic. On the wedding day itself, the hotel went out of its way to make our day amazing and our wedding meal in the evening was stunning - I would recommend holding your wedding reception at the Bristol to anyone marrying in Sorrento. Thank you again, and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Simply Superb stay thanks to all at the Bristol. We loved the suite with it's amazing views over Sorrento, the Bay & Vesuvius. The warm, caring & attentive staff are all incredible & made our stay both enjoyable & memorable in every posisble way. Thank you for the excellent hospitality extended to our family, especially to our 1 year old daughter Jean who had a fabulous first proper holiday with you. I could not recommend more highly the excellent staff in every area of this hotel. The best views of sorrento from your hotel balcony although breathtaking pale compared with the warmth of the welcome from every member of staff. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We will be back regularly.

We just finished a 7 day stay in Sorrento at the Hotel Bristol. What an inviting place. The staff was top notch, the rooms were beautiful and the view was breathtaking!...If we ever are lucky enough to come back to Italy, this will be our home base.

We recently spent four nights at Hotel Bristol and had a lovely time. What a wonderful hotel! When we told the front desk that we had to leave one day early (to catch an early flight in Rome), they were very gracious about it and didn't charge us for that night. The hotel is very beautiful and I loved the blue and white tiles in my tastefully appointed room. My favorite memory is sitting on the balcony and looking at Vesuvius--I would have never dreamed that was possible. Breakfast was excellent and I will miss the views while drinking my morning tea. We want to thank all the staff for such a wonderful visit.

Thank you so much from Claire and Chris in Australia , we had a fantastic 5 days at the Bristol for our 30th Wedding Anniversary, we stayed in the Junior Suite on a high floor and had the most breathtaking views. All the staff are fabulous and really make the stay special, we also met family who booked from the UK and had half board, the food was great. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Bristol, we hope to come again one day.

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. It is the loveliest hotel I've ever stayed in! The service was fantastic, the staff friendly and helpful, our room and all the public spaces were beautiful and spotlessly clean, the food was great and the views were stunning. We will definitely be recommending the Hotel Bristol and hope to return ourselves soon.
